Kaye is taking a year’s sabbatical from her work in England with her first port of call being North West Cove, Nova Scotia.

Kaye always had an interest in art, but life sent her in a different direction. When the members of Aspotogan Arts and Crafts gave her such a warm welcome, she was encouraged to learn to paint in watercolour.

The nature and landscapes of the Aspotogan peninsular have provided plenty of inspiration for Kaye’s paintings.

As she continues her travels, Kaye is keen to record her new experiences and views of the world by drawing and in watercolour.
