Many years ago Anne Ellen did a Fine Arts degree at Indiana University with a major in Painting and Drawing and a minor in Art History.

After raising her family and twenty years of teaching in Halifax she is happy to be able to return to her art and to be a part of this wonderfully supportive community of artists.

She works chiefly in oils, portraiture, flowers, and still life in particular, and increasingly finds inspiration from the landscape of the Aspotogan environment.
